Refund and Returns Policy
If something you ordered doesn’t quite match your style, you’ve got thirty days to send it back—unused, in its original packaging—and we’ll process your refund without fuss. We’re unable to accept returns of perishables (think snacks or blooms), gift cards, digital downloads, intimate or sanitary goods, or anything that’s hazardous or flammable. If an item shows signs of wear or arrives past the thirty-day mark, we’ll still help you out with a partial refund that reflects its journey.
Once your return lands in our warehouse, we’ll shoot you an email to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund has been approved. Most refunds post back to your original payment method within a few business days. If your credit doesn’t appear right away, check with your bank and card issuer first—then reach out to us at admin@timpoisal.com and we’ll dig into the details.
If you’d rather swap than refund, no problem. Should your item arrive damaged or defective, drop us a line at admin@timpoisal.com and send it back to the return address on the label. Return shipping is on you, so we recommend a tracked service or shipping insurance to keep everything above board. As soon as your package arrives, we’ll send out a replacement.
